Step 1, Made Raw case by injection mould.

Step 2, Paste double-sided adhesive tape on the back of celluloid, and then die-cut it into a fixed shape.

Step 3, Paste die-cut celluloid on the raw case.

Step 4, Print patterns on the case.

Step 5, Mix glitter / foil with epoxy resin, and then thinly drop the mixed resin on the case, wait for 12 hours to solidify naturally.

Step 6: Drop transparent epoxy resin to cover glitter / foil and celluloid to ensure surface smooth.

Step 7, Bake the case in the oven, and the product is finished after the epoxy resin is completely solidified.

3. If the mass production does not match the sample, after confirmation by both parties, our company can replenish the goods for free.

NDA(non-disclosure agreement)

We mainly serve the global brand customers. On the basis of the BSCI social responsibility system certification, we have very rich experience in the protection of customer information and won't show customer's designs or other confidential materials on the website, the exhibition or to third party under any circumstances. Both parties can sign NDA. Once found we violate a treaty, we can follow the rules of NDA and make compensation.
